Chat chat chat
When Sarah turned 17 mths last week, there was no stopping the little chatterbox. Suddenly she had an influx of words coming out. Everything she heard, she'll try to articulate. She could count from 1 to 5, all by herself "one, tu, hwee, hall, hiee"; She can also address people properly "mama", "ah-ma", "por-por", "gong-gong", "ku-ku"; She could name the animals properly "pigs", "cow", "chee-ken", "cat", "dog"; She's attempted new words "hore" (horse), "arh-t" (LRT), "ree" (sorry), "doy" (toy), "hoe" (home), "gado" (avocado), "koke" (yakult), "lice" (rice), "noodle", "egg", "shoe", "give", "bring", "throw", "play" and the list just goes on and on... Its getting a little noisier around the house now =D

Recovered!
Since Sunday, Sarah's fever continued on at high temperatures of beyond 38.5c. With an overload of medication in her little system, she was put to bed at 8:30pm. At 9:10pm when Mummy went to take her temperature, Sarah's fever had miraculously gone down from 39.4c to 36.9c! Awakened, Sarah was up on her feet, playing and laughing with mummy. And having not eaten or drank milk for almost two days, Sarah walked to the kitchen and asked for bread and cheese! Praise the angels watching over the little darling! She's eating, playing, laughing, talking and all better alas! Everyone was so worried sick for the past few days! Thankfully its all over now =D *hugz*

Fever from MMR
Poor rara is sick. Has high fever of 39.3 degrees. When she took her MMR on monday 06 Oct, the nurse had forewarned that the fever could kick in between 5-12 days after the shot. Surely, her fever started mildly on saturday and progressed to a high of 39.3 degrees last night.
Rara is also teething (no. 14, 15, 16 growing out at once), her gums are red and swollen, she's got a humongous ulcer, and is hot, grouchy, cranky, sulky, feverish and super whiny. Poor thing...
Hope she gets better sooooon =S

Take a break
Announcement: There will be no updates on this blog for the next two weeks as mummy will be 101% overwhelmed with me whilst on leave, bringing me to take my MMR shot, bringing me swimming, to the park, to the playground, to the mall, reading to me, napping with me, spinning me round n round all day. Thank you!
